Eve and his crew at Northern Constructions have completed multiple projects for us at our Kenwood property, big and small
Although originally contracted for some concrete flat work and retaining walls, Eve and his Team eagerly and successfully completed the foundations and framing for our 1,200SF ADU and 2 car garage.
Great communication and thorough planning was required for the ADU. Eve was present for and passed all County Inspections and their cooperation and engagement with my design team was instrumental in the project's success.
Beyond their contracted work Eve offered other resources and contacts for roofing, structural steel and drywall that were equally impressive.
Fair, honest pricing and a high level of workmanship and quality control was appreciated and continual.
Working with Northern Constructions was a pleasure and we plan to continue working with them for ongoing site work, decking and exterior trim yet to complete.
